Our modular homes loans are no different from our loans for traditional site built home. This is because unlike a manufactured home which begins it's life titled as a vehicle (trailer) complete with a license plate issued by the Florida Department of Motor Vehicles (DMZ), a modular home does not have such beginnings. Components of a modular home may be pre-assembled in a factory however, the components are never considered to be a vehicle like a manufactured home is.
